I am home-grown too and know Maine people and what they’re about.  Born and raised in Orrington, Maine, I graduated 2009 from Eastern Maine Community College with a two year degree in Building Construction and Management.  I have spent the last seven years accumulating a wealth of first hand experience doing Maine work for Maine people.  You can see my work first-hand if you like.  I have spent the last five months building a signature home of my own right here in Orrington.

 

I will do any remodeling you need done, blending my work with the character of the original home to protect its integrity.  While I do more remodeling I am also well-versed in the most up-to-date designs for new homes as well, which you can see in the photo gallery or first hand by making an appointment.  I will do any new design you, my customer, wants, from classic colonials, to ultra-modern.  To lower the cost of changes during the construction phase I have the latest 3D drafting software that will let you view your house before the construction phase begins.  The software also allows you to walk through each room to make sure you are happy with the whole design, greatly reducing the number of change orders during construction.  I understand the construction industry is built on trust and relationships, because I believe my work is all about you. “It’s personal for me because it’s personal for you.”

 

I consider my specialty to be finish carpentry.  You will find constantly impeccable quality in every aspect of my work, however per state law; some aspects of construction must be contracted out.  I will discuss all those aspects of construction with you when a meeting has been scheduled.
